–How long will I have to wait for a advisor to visit me in my home?
We will arrange for an advisor to visit you in your home at a time that is convenient to you. We aim for an advisor to visit you as soon as possible from when you book your appointment but this may vary depending on location and advisor availability.
+How long will the appointment take?
Average appointment times are around 35 minutes but this will vary depending on the type and number of products you are interested in. If you are looking for blinds for an entire conservatory, your appointment will take longer. If you need one simple Roller blind it may be much quicker.
+Can I cancel my appointment?

+How much is an appointment?
All appointments are FREE and no cost will be added to the product when bought.
+Do you offer appointments in the evening?
Yes you can book an appointment up until 9pm at night.
+How long will I wait for my blinds to be fitted?
Your blinds will be ready to be fitted two to three weeks after you placed your order. Your advisor will arrange the fitting time with you when you place your order.
